Ingredients

  • 1 cup glutinous rice flour

  • 1/4 cups sugar

  • 2/3 cups water

  • 1/2 cup cornstarch

  • 3 tablespoons strawberry juice

Directions

  • In a microwavable bowl, mix the rice flour, sugar, water, and juice until smooth. Place the bowl in the microwave and cook for two minutes. Stir thoroughly, then microwave for one minute. Repeat.

  • Sprinkle cornstarch on a cutting board and flatten the dough on top. Cut the dough into 12 equal pieces.

  • Roll each piece into a ball. Place the balls in a bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
