Ingredients

  • 1-5 green chilies, chopped with the seeds removed

  • 1 inch ginger root, peeled and chopped

  • 4 garlic cloves, crushed

  • 5 tablespoons coconut, creamed

  • 3-4 coriander leaves

  • 4 mint sprigs

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1 pinch caster sugar

  • 3 limes, juiced

Directions

  • Place all the ingredients except the lime juice in a blender jar.

  • Blend until a paste forms.

  • Add the lime juice and mix thoroughly.

  • Serve with vegetable pakora, samosa, or potato roll.
