Ingredients

  • 1 (16 ounce) carton cottage cheese

  • 4 eggs, beaten

  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil

  • 1 (1 ounce) envelope dry onion soup mix

  • 1 cup finely chopped walnuts

  • 1-2 cups corn cereal (flakes)

  • 1/4 cup chopped onion

Directions

  • Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F and grease a loaf pan.

  • Using a large bowl, mix the cottage cheese, eggs, vegetable oil, soup mix, walnuts, cereal, and onion.
