I've noticed a significant improvement since I've started my sessions. They've been able to help me quite a bit. I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office because there is no staff. One of the things I noticed about this business was that they were not handicap-accessible and while they offered means for handicapped individuals to get in, the process was so complicated as to make it actually inaccesssible. There were stairs up to a long steep ramp. There was an open wheelchair lift operated by a key. To get the key one had to call the doctor herself and if she was not in session w the client before you she might answer but usually not so oyou would leave a message and wait and hope she checked her messages before your time of the appointment. The owners of the building were not concerned by my complaints and requestg for my own key was denied. But Dr. Haynes is by far one of the best I've ever seen in her field. It was obvious that she has been exceeding her clients' expectations for many years. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance.

Since I started visiting them, I'm better than I've been in years. They are very talented and have been able to help me recover more quickly than I would have been able to anywhere else. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. It is hard to find a good fit and someone who works well with you. I am sure there are times she didn't want to be patient with me yet she stuck with me for 6 years and I am finally who I want to be. Would recommend to everyone. However, remember it has to be a good fit for you.
