Dr Phillip is absolutely one of the best Urologists in San Diego. He is an excellent surgeon, and his follow up on conditions like mine (prostate cancer) has been very good. He is very friendly and communicates well with his patients. I have referred many friends. Incidentally, I have been one of his patients for twenty years.
