The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I've noticed a significant improvement since I've started my sessions. They've been able to help me quite a bit. I appreciated that they took the time to really listen to my input and concerns. It made me feel respected and important. The chairs in the waiting room at were the cheap plastic kind. My back started to hurt while I was waiting.

I was a patient of his for several years at the Carl T. Hayden VAMC in Phoenix, AZ and the fact that it is a VA hospital should be taken into account. I recently was forced to change to another psychiatrist by the VA because Dr. Stern has changed positions and it has been extremely upsetting. Dr. Stern is an excellent doctor. Too bad us vet don't get a choice of doctors.
