My wife had two surgeries with Dr. Slutsky and the first one failed after only two years. The 2nd surgery hasn't really helped the incontinence. Now they are suing me for the balance. I had consulted an attorney for Medical Malpractice but was advised that instead it was a product liability issue not a medical malpractice. I had asked that they wave the $429.00 balance because of the product liability, but their attorney is not concerened with this. I have to appear in court and miss a day of work. They made thousands off of my insurance company. Would not even take a dog to them now!
