I was referred by my family Doctor for a follow up on a CT that I had done in the ER. When I arrived the lobby had cob webs on the chairs, and was filthy. It took an hour and 10 minutes to be taken to my room. The room we were placed in reeked of smoke. The trash was over flowing , the wall had fluid running down it and to top that off the Doctor arrived and DID NOT wash his hands, how gross. I will never come back and I will let everyone know, including my family Doctor. How disgusting !

They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question.
