There is no way I’d ever go back to visit them. They have no idea what they’re doing. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. I still can't believe that I've been going there for a really long time and they still can't even remember my name. They treat me like I'm just another number instead of an actual person. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered.
