Follow-up care is negligent. It has been weeks since my initial visit and testing, and I am still unable to get any explanation of my test results or a diagnosis. I have a very serious medical condition. The office doesn't return phone calls or give any follow-up information. When I am able to reach a person in the office, they are rude and dismissive. It took a very long time for them to schedule my initial visit and the earliest appointment for follow-up care is months away. In the mean time, I'm left trying to find another doctor to manage my condition and start from scratch with testing etc.
Dr. Holt found in me what others said that I didn't have. Very respectful doctor and he takes good care of his patients like they're his family. Dr. Holt is such a good physician that I recommend a friend to him and they was very content with so him so much that they speak of him all the time because they are know longer in pain.
I was unhappy with the billing situation at this office. My family has Blue Cross Blue Shield as primary insurance and Tricare Prime as secondary. The accounting department informed me upon my arrival that they refused to file for Tricare because "they just don't ever pay." They said I could file with them if I wanted. I have been using Tricare Prime as my secondary insurance since 2006 and they have ALWAYS paid. This office just doesn't want to fool with it and I find that unacceptable. I had to fork over the co-pay on the spot and I know Tricare Prime would have paid that. I found this to be unsatisfactory customer service.
