They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. I loved how easy it was to get an appointment with them. I didn't have to wait long. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Dr McLain is absolutely wonderful! I wish all of my doctors had the care and concern of Dr. McLain.

During my appointment, I wasn't offered any sort of ideas or recommendations to help me prevent or reduce my inflammation. I was really disappointed. The one thing I didn't like about this place was that they took a personal call right in front of me during my appointment. It didn't seem to be urgent and they could have waited. They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research. They didn't show any sort of attention to detail, which I think is very important. I was afraid they were going to miss or forget something important. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain.
