In the beginning everything went well. Second appointment, received no reminder of appointment call. The reason given was that they had my phone number in the system wrong. Third appointment, still did not receive a reminder of appointment call. I didn't think much about that because I keep up with my appointments very well. Luckily I do, because they do charge for missed appointments. Anyway, I get to the appointment and they tell me I do not have an appointment. I provide them with the appointment card THEY filled out. No apology for the mistake THEY made but wanted me to reschedule for the next available appointment which was a month out - REALLY! I have no complaints about the Doc but the front office staff seems to be incompetent.

Did this psychiatrist use excessive foul language?
Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!
Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special?
Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond
Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment?
No, I didn't have to wait very long
Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time?
No, I was always attended to
Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit?
Yes, but it didn't bother me much
