The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.

I LOVE the P.A. Green, but Dr. Lazarus is a jerk. He is demeaning and rude. Unfortunately, you have to be really dedicated to even go see the P.A. because the wait is always way too long. They are always overbooked.
