They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.
