They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule. It never fails how long I have to wait on hold when I call them. I'm always put on hold forever and I find myself not even wanting to call. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here.There is no way I would ever go back to see them again, even if someone paid me. I was told to call the next day for further instructions on testing and a week later and multiple phone calls, I have not received any response. Completely unprofessional.

Doctor is very hard to get hold of even when message is left with an emergency flag. Sometimes it takes couple of weeks and repeated phone calls before you can get hold of the doctor. I don't believe they treat their clients equally or they would not have any patients at all. Make sure to respect staff's lunch break! They're always on time for my appointments and I never had to wait for them to show up. Once in the office you get their full attention.
