I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything.

I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time.
