I think Dr. Scotti is wonderful. He is always very thorough and never makes you feel rushed. My only issues with office visits are: 1) when you call to make the appointment, you KNOW that the earliest appointment is at least a month away! and 2) once you schedule your appointment, you KNOW that you will not be taken in until at least an hour after your scheduled appointment time! It's very frustrating. I always feel like I'm at a clinic of sorts. You sit in the waiting room for at least an hour, then you get taken into one of the exam rooms, where you still and wait for maybe another half hour or so. Whatever your appointment time, you are guaranteed not to leave there until at least 2 hours later!

I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.
