Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.
