Cindy Cytay, MHS, PA-C. was wonderful. As a first time patient, she listened to me and answered all my questions. She was very thorough in her examination. I was growning frustrated seeing Physicians as for years had encountered some Orthopedic Physicians that would not listen to me. Cindy was extremely knowledgable, compassionate and professional. She and Dr Carson explained all of the symptoms and pain that I've been experiencing.
I then met Dr Carson, whom equally impressed me. They both told me that they could help me. Had I been to this physician group years ago, I might not now be facing a major surgery. I am grateful for the opportunity to be treated by Dr Carson, Cindy Chtay and their other staff.

Dr. Chtay and Dr. Carson are the number one best rheumatologists I've ever seen. They listen and actually even read your chart before meeting you, which is outstanding since the last few I've been too made me fill out a booklet of new patient info, yet then come in the room and have never even reviewed it. They are compationate and actually care. It does take awhile to get a new patient appointment, but once you've been seen they have no problem getting you in.

No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them
