Generally speaking, I really like Dr. Kakos as a doctor. He is professional, and tells it like it is while still showing good bedside manner. However, his staff aside from one Nurse, is awful. They are rude, never helpful, seemingly unknowledgable, and at times very unprofessional. Dr. Kakos definitely deserves a better staff supporting him.

I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their office looked like the cleaning crew may have skipped a week. I called to ask a question right before their lunch time and the phone was picked up and then hung up. I called back and then recieved the answering service - unacceptable and rude! Dr. Kakos is a WONDERFUL doctor, however I wish he would inspect his staff's manners to be more professional as this is not the first time I have had their staff be unprofessional. I stay only becuase of Dr. Kakos, otherwise I almost switched.
