I wasn't greeted when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. I've already told my friends and family about the experience I had there. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. I felt a little pressured to buy product.. At first visits, the office staff, one person in particular was fairly unprofessional. I did speak up about it, and I get along fairly well with that person now. The rest of the staff and Dr. Reynolds are super.
