I have been a patient of doc.charles norris for about 15 years.he is a very understanding and caring doc.I had to stop seeing him because I needed to change my medical insurance.I had united health care and had to switch to humana gold plus.I am sad that I can't see him anymore. I hope that he starts to one day take this coverage in the near future so that I can see him again

They do t even answer the phone !!shchiatrisys office with 8 therapists and oe cretary who doe not a swer the phone EVER !! it goes to voicemail. the most ineffective and fristrating office to try to make an alpointment with or leave a message ith. Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating. They do not keep the restrooms well-stocked here. No paper towels, toilet paper, or even a toilet seat cover! I had nothing to clean up with. I would never recommend them to anyone. They made my situation even worse.
