They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I've never met a more attentive, caring doctor. They took the time to address all my concerns, and listen to my opinion for everything. I didn't have to wait long for my appointment at all. It was great that I didn't have to reschedule the rest of the day for my appointment. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster.
