Erinn is always available either thru the office, her cell phone or email allowing me to contact her even when she is away. She always responds quickly giving me a sense of security. This has been advantageous to me on several occasions. She explores some alternative feedbacks that can result in not resorting to medication for a particular episode. She is flexible and will fit me in if I need extra time even on days the office is closed.
