As a native Texan he completed his undergraduate and master’s degrees at Baylor University. Dr Furr earned his medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine in Edison, New Jersey. He then completed his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood, Illinois and then a fellowship with Dr C.Y Liu in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
