About Kaley Puzynski

The journey into health care for Kaley Puzynski, PA-C, was inspired by the remarkable influences of her parents. Drawing from her mother’s dedication as an Emergency Room Nurse and her father’s craftsmanship as a custom home builder, Kaley found her calling in blending caregiving with precision.

Kaley’s experience gives her an expertise in Orthopedic Trauma Surgery and Plastics and Oncology Reconstructive surgery as a Certified Physician Assistant.

Kaley earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Medicine from the University of North Florida, and later completed her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Nova Southeastern University, both located in Jacksonville, FL.

In her role within Neurosurgery, Kaley works under the supervision of licensed physicians to provide medical care to patients. She conducts physical exams, diagnoses and treats illnesses, orders and interprets tests, assists in surgeries, prescribes medications, and provides patient education and counseling. Her mission extends beyond medical interventions – Kaley is committed to making health care more accessible and efficient, focusing on compassionate, patient-centered care.

“I prioritize compassionate and patient-centered care,” Kaley says. “Establishing open communication, building trust, and tailoring treatment plans to individual needs are at the core of my practice.” Recognizing the uniqueness of each patient, she approaches her work with unwavering respect and a commitment to their well-being.
