I specialize in the treatment of patients with breast cancer with an emphasis on partnering with patients in shared decision making. My research interests include addressing factors which contribute to disparities in cancer mortality and devising innovative strategies to optimize clinical trial participation. I am currently a co-investigator on a study to determine site-level predictors and stakeholder perceptions of differences in Black participant recruitment to clinical trials. I also sit on the medical advisory board for multiple patient-centered organizations including the Promise Fund of Florida and serve as a workgroup member for the American Cancer Society National Breast Cancer Roundtable.Services
