Manuel Britto, MD
My name is Manuel Britto, MD, and I am a primary care sports medicine physician in the University of Florida Department of Orthopaedic Surgery and Sports Medicine. I received a Bachelor of Science in microbiology and cell science from UF in Gainesville. Following that, I received my medical degree from the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine in Tampa. I completed my family medicine residency at Oak Hill Hospital in Brooksville, Florida, and a fellowship in primary care sports medicine at the Donald and Barbara Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell in Plainview, New York. My clinical interests include treating tendonitis and sprains.
