Heart N Soul Nutrition offers complete and personalized nutritional consulting with the focus grounded in the principles founded by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and Integrative and Functional Medicine. This integrative approach applies biochemistry and physiology with evidence-based practice as the center of individual genetic and environmental uniqueness with the understanding that disease and chronic conditions are interrelated. It centers on the optimum wellness of complete health over the simple absence of disease. The goal of Heart N Soul Nutrition is to educate clients and use the foundation of a mostly plant-based whole foods diet to help ameliorate a variety of health conditions with the growing number of chronically ill patients by a holistic and integrative alternative to conventional medicines.
