Dr Hoover did a traditional rotating internship at Palm Beach Consortium for Graduate Medical Education at St. Lucie Medical Center and then a family medicine residency also at St. Lucie Medical Center. Dr Hoover is board certified in family medicine and a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and Society of Hospital Medicine.
