Travis Day, FNP-C, is an advanced practice family nurse practitioner with Providence Medical Group-Medford Medical Clinic Hillcrest. A graduate of Seattle University in 2013, Travis worked at Evergreen Health Kirkland, Washington in Primary Care and Urgent Care before relocating with his family to Medford in 2018.
