It is my goal to offer you a compassionate, warm and collaborative environment where you feel heard, understood, and not alone. We are all survivors of something- our childhood, families, breakup, losses or careers. In therapy, we work together rewriting the stories in a liberating and transforming way, gaining insight, healing and creating lasting changes in your life. I am an inclusive therapist specializing in helping adults navigating unpredictable change, anxiety, depression, trauma and relationship problems.

I utilize an integrative approach incorporating a range of therapeutic interventions to best meet your needs. I bring my clinical experience, training and own journey to help you process your story, find balance and caring for yourself.

As a bicultural and bilingual (English-Spanish) therapist, I am familiar with the complexities of growing and adjusting to a new culture, the challenges of raising multicultural children and going through transitional phases.
