Joshua Kluetz, DO is a board certified osteopathic family and sports medicine physician with Community Sports Medicine. He serves as team physician for partner schools. Dr. Kluetz received his undergraduate degree from North Park University and his medical degree from Midwestern University Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Kluetz’s residency and sports medicine fellowship were completed at Resurrection Medical Center in Chicago.
Whether a little league strain, high-level endurance athlete injury or weekend warrior accident, Dr. Kluetz, treats athletes of all ages and experience levels, whether they have a musculoskeletal injury, an acute illness or a chronic condition. His osteopathic training allows him to provide various hands-on techniques for in-office treatment.
Dr. Kluetz is a member of American College of Sports Medicine, American Medical Society of Sports Medicine and American Academy of Family Physicians. An avid sport fan and participant, Dr. Kluetz has served on numerous medical teams in providing medical coverage for Chicago Marathon and Ironman World Championship. Dr. Kluetz was the team physician and served on the sideline and training room for Northwestern University, North Park University, Whitney Young High School and New Trier High School.
Originally from Minnesota, Dr. Kluetz is married and has three children. During his free time he enjoys training for running and cycling events.
