I Graduated From The University of Miami in 2003 with a Bachelors in Nursing. I worked as an RN at Baptist Health while teaching nursing clinicals for Miami Dade County Public Schools. In 2008 I graduated from FIU with my Masters in Nursing and my Family Nurse Practitioner, graduating Sigma Theta Tau. After graduation I went to work for 7 years in a school based program through a collaboration with CHI (Community Family Health) and MDCPS.
