Stephanie M. Green, D.O., is a pediatric physical medicine and rehabilitation specialist with Norton Children’s Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, affiliated with the UofL School of Medicine. Dr. Green earned her medical degree from Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine, Blacksburg, Virginia. She completed her residency in physical medicine & rehabilitation at the University of Louisville and a fellowship in pediatric rehabilitation with Children’s Mercy Kansas City, Missouri.Dr. Green enjoys collaborating with patients and their families to create a unique and tailored plan, ensuring that patients get to participate fully in their rehab care journey.
