I was referred to BenchMark in Indian Trail, NC, for physical therapy on my injured knee earlier this year. I had never been a physical therapy patient before, and I dreaded it. Then, I checked in for my first visit and was very pleasantly surprised at the friendliness of all the therapy and office staff members. Within just a few visits, I really looked forward to my appointments. EVERY member of the staff is highly skilled, exceptionally caring, and wonderfully patient with EVERY patient -- no matter the severity of their physical issues. Even the patients are friendly! During my 3 appointments per week for about 10 weeks, I went from painfully limping right back to my normal activities without any pain. If you have a choice about where you go for physical therapy, I very highly recommend BenchMark Physical Therapy in Indian Trail, NC. I am so thankful I was referred to that facility -- they truly gave me my pain-free life back!
