I have over 7 years of counseling experience where I have worked as a therapist and clinical supervisor with individuals, adolescents, and veterans. My theoretical orientation is eclectic, meaning I draw on multiple theoretical orientations during my counseling sessions like, Person Centered Therapy and Solution Focused Brief Therapy.
I provide unconditional positive regard and empathy to each client. I like to help my client first by listening to their concerns, help them understand the underlying issue, then providing effective interventions to cultivate positive change. I help clients draw on their inner strengths that will become more prominent than any agitator…You had it in you all along!
