Onsy S. Basta, MD, is board certified in pediatrics. He earned his medical degree at Assiut University in Egypt and a master's degree in Orthopedics at Cairo Medical School, also in Egypt. He completed a residency in orthopedics at Cairo University Hospital. Dr. Basta then completed a clinical fellowship in the psychopharmacology unit at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center. He also completed a residency in pediatrics at Driscoll Children's Hospital in Corpus Christi, Texas. Dr. Basta is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the Egyptian Medical Association. In addition to English, Dr. Basta speaks Arabic.
