Richard L. Rabin, M.D. is a Board Certified ophthalmologist. He specializes in glaucoma, cataract surgery, and general eye care. Our office has been providing eye care to the East Bay since 1973. In addition to our fabulous doctors, we are also home to the OCCHI Eyewear Boutique, which specializes in foreign designer eyewear. Dr. Rabin completed his fellowship with renowned glaucoma and cataract surgeon, Dr. Douglas Rhee at Case Western Reserve University. Dr. Rabin specializes in the latest medical and surgical glaucoma care including minimally invasive glaucoma surgery (MIGS) as well as the latest cataract techniques and premium lens technology including multifocal lens implantation, laser vision correction, and astigmatism correction.
