Dr. Kimberly McLean is an Orthopedic surgeon and fellowship-trained sports medicine doctor. She treats orthopedic conditions both conservatively and surgically, and also serves as team physician for sports teams in the area. Her practice includes patient’s of all ages.

Dr. McLean received her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Western Michigan University, Kalamazoo, MI, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude and proceeded to Oakland University, Rochester, MI for post-graduate coursework.

She received her Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine (Honors) from Touro University Nevada College of Osteopathic Medicine, Henderson, Nevada. Her Orthopedic Surgery residency was performed at Michigan State University-McLaren Oakland Hospital, Pontiac, MI; and Orthopedic Sports Medicine Fellowship at Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh, PA.

Dr. McLean is Board Certified in Orthopaedic Surgery through the American Osteopathic Board of Orthopaedic Surgeons.

Dr. McLean’s professional memberships include: American Orthopedic Society for Sports Medicine, Arthroscopic Association of North America, AOTrauma, American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, American Osteopathic Academy of Orthopedics, Michigan Orthopedic Society and American Osteopathic Association.

Dr. McLean joined Oaklawn Medical Group and Oaklawn’s active staff in 2016.
