She obtained her medical degree from Saint Louis University and completed her residency and internship programs at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, a 535 bed pediatric hospital with a Level 1 Trauma Center, where she gained valuable training and experience in the treatment of complex medical conditions.
Dr. King is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She also makes a concentrated effort to spend extra time with all her new patients to help build a trusting child-doctor relationship.
