Upon graduating with high honors from SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, New York in 2014, Ms. Hotaling began working as a surgical first assist and clinical provider in the Neurosurgical specialty. “Following patients from initial diagnosis through surgical procedures and postoperative periods provides me with a sense of satisfaction and ensures my patients are provided with the security of continuity of care and compassion,” says Ms. Hotaling.
Apart from embracing the challenges of mastering her career in the ever-evolving medical field, Ms. Hotaling enjoys spending her free time with her husband, daughter, and dogs.

Brooke Hotaling, MA, PA-C is a member of Summit Health’s Neurosurgery team. Following completion of her master’s in Biomedical Sciences from Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona, Ms. Hotaling began her professional career as a Biotech Production Specialist at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals manufacturing phase II and III medicines.
