Eric Cohen

Eric R. Cohen, DO is a member of Summit Health’s Neurosciences team. As a neurologist, Dr. Cohen diagnoses, treats, and manages disorders of the brain and nervous system. He has additional expertise in epilepsy as well as Botox injections for patients with chronic migraine.

Dr. Cohen is a diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and a member of the American Academy of Neurology and the American Association of Neuromuscular and Electrodiagnostic Medicine. In addition to his position at Summit Health, he is Attending Neurologist at Overlook Medical Center in Summit, New Jersey. He is also an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Rutgers University. 



Dr. Cohen earned the MDx Medical, Inc. Patients' Choice Award for outstanding bedside manner, time spent during patient visits, courtesy of office staff, appropriate follow-up care, and overall excellence. He has also been consistently featured in New Jersey Monthly’s "Top Doctors" listings.
