If I could give no stars I would. I was scheduled for surgery, I had filled out all of the paperwork when I came in with all of my correct information. They tried to tell me that they scheduled me for pre-op appointment, but I never was told when. They did not put my correct info in the system, so they kept calling the old phone number. Because they could not get ahold of me, they just cancelled my rotator cuff repair. (after I had already waited 6 weeks for the surgery) Of, course, they are putting the blame completely on me., not taking any blame. While I sit here in total pain.
