Dr. Andrews earned herBachelor of Sciencedegree from the University of Georgia and her medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia. She completed her residency at Georgia Baptist Medical Center in 1999. She received her Executive MBA from Kennesaw State University in 2003. Dr. Andrews has practiced medicine in Atlanta for over 17 years. Prior to joining Piedmont Physicians at Austell, she practicedin Fayetteville, Ga. Her philosophy on medicine is that a patient should feel comfortable with his or her physician and feel free to ask questions. She believes strongly in open communication between the patient and the physician. Although Dr. Andrews has many interests in medicine, she is especially interested in preventative medicine, hypertension, diabetes, obesity, and women's health. Dr. Andrews is board-certified in internal medicine and is a member of theMedical association of Georgia. She serves as one of the Regional Medical Directors of Piedmont Medical Care Corp.
