She completed her family medicine residency at the Tacoma Family Medicine Residency Program in Tacoma, Washington. Dr. Mathew is board certified in family medicine. Prior to joining Piedmont Physicians, Dr. Mathew worked at the Roosevelt Ruffin Community Health Center in Saginaw, Michigan. She is a member of the American Association of Family Physicians and her special interests include natural family planning, and women's health.
