Warning: I personally did not have a good experience at Dr. Bukachevsky's office. I was trying to find a doctor who does rhinoplasty because my nose is an insecurity of mine. This was my experience at Dr. Buckachevsky's office.

The staff and Dr. misgendered me during my consultation. I've never been misgendered in my whole entire life. I have a petite but slightly curvy frame, big boobs, and a soft voice. Anyone with eyes could see I'm a woman.I am a biological woman who was given a unisex sounding name. The lady at the front desk asked for my ID and it isn't the best picture of myself but still the fact they misgendered me really stung and hurt. It even says female on my ID. I went back to the place I was living at the time and cried. It probably doesn't matter to them.

Anyways, I am of European decent. I found out that I have some Italian and Greek decent. I have a slight tan, dark brown eyes and dark brown hair. I do look like I could pass for being a person of color. I felt like there were some micro aggressions when I went to Dr. Bukacehvsky's office.

Anyways, I discussed with him about a possible rhinoplasty. He showed me his before and after photos of the people he has worked on. The after photos still look like the before photos and it didn't look that great, in my opinion. I obviously didn't say that to him. He did also mention that he doesn't want to make peoples noses look like they got a nose job. I was thinking to myself, isn't that the point of getting a nose job? But, there are patients who don't want a drastic change and that's fine if they personally told him that. But some people/ patients do want a drastic change to their nose especially if it's considered big. That is what they are paying for.

I didn't go back to his office and never plan to. I'm also happy I stuck with my gut instinct, because I have read other reviews where Dr. B. wasn't good to some of his patients, didn't care about them, and didn't do a good job at being a competent surgeon or doctor. I'm surprised he is still in business. He came across as being a really lazy doctor. I'm looking for other rhinoplasty surgeons and found a couple that better suit what I'm looking for in a rhinoplasty surgeon.

From my personal experience, I wouldn't recommend this doctor.
