There are no Ophthalmologists on staff only Optometrists So if you need more than just an eye exam go somewhere else. Had been coming to Lossman for years. After MyEyeDr took over service has been horrendous. Ordered new glasses, did not get what I paid for. No call, no notification nothing. Got a call they were in. Went to pick them up and no tint, the magnets were right in my filed of vision. Asked why the tint was not in there. I don't know was the response. After 2 weeks was "MyEyeDr" does not do that. 12 years my glasses have been made the same way. Now nope. Not even the courtesy of a
phone call to say sorry we cannot do that to give me the option to go some where else to have them made. I am now stuck with a 370.00 useless pair of glasses. I'm out the 370.00 too. They said I can either have the tint or the transitions not both. 12 years I have had both at this place. If only they had to deal with the intense pain that light causes. So all they will do is tint the lenses and a clip NotDelike that will solve the problem. Death will be less painful.
