Dr. Lenhert has the ability to get young people to observe their intense emotions and then she teaches people how to regulate them so that they become more productive & articulate in their daily lives. She is simply amazing at getting people to own their issues and then plants the seeds for assertive changes. My son has made major progress in his challenges with anxiety, oppositional defiance, & addiction. This therapy has brought my entire family unit closer together. Thank you Dr. Lemhert
