At Beyond Words Integrative Wellness, we focus on addressing the interconnections of body, mind, energy, earth, and community. We specialize in supporting the body's stress response systems.
Whether you are looking for support moving through relationship wounds, losses, addictions, traumas, physical symptoms, or other stressors, our integrative approaches can support you in addressing the bottom of the iceberg rather then just working on the surface.
We work with nature lovers, creatives, yogis, empaths, the LGBTQIA2S+ community, neurodivergent folks, multicultural identities, people who feel stigmatized by labels and diagnosis, and many others. We also love to work with people who are realizing they have been taking themselves way to seriously and need to re-find their vitality.
Our mission is to support each other in becoming more present and to shift the ways we respond to stress so that we can more effectively come together as a global community to truly nurture each other and celebrate all forms of life.

We use a combination of advanced EMDR and Brainspotting, parts work therapy, transpersonal counseling, essential oils, breath work, energy work, movement/yoga, visualization, gut health inquiry, and nervous system education. We refer to other integrative medicine providers as needed. We help you to be present with your life as it is while also moving towards the shifts you are seeking.
